By ordering service from Latoya J's Cleaning & Enhancement Service the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 36 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise $50 late cancellation/lock-out or $30 rescheduling fee may apply.
Payment. Customer agrees to pay when the service is complete.
By reserving an appointment with us you authorize to charge the credit card on file if no payment is received at the time of the visit.
Minimum order policy. There is 4 hour minimum for all orders.
4.0% payment surcharge will be added for all credit card transactions.
Breakage. While we make every effort not to break items. If something should break Latoya J's Cleaning & Enhancement Service must be notified if damage is discovered.
We can’t be held responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm
Personnel. We will have the same personnel to your home every time unless this is not possible due to illness (we reserve the right to send a replacement maid). Per your request we will send the same crew if you reserve the first appointment in the morning (7:30 or 8:00 am).
Arrival window. 30 minutes arrival window required for early morning appointments, 1 hour for reservations after 9:00 am. Two hours for weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly appointments required.
Privacy.
No Refunds!!!
